The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) is the central agency to implement the chemicals legislation, including EU REACH, in the European Union. ECHA charge a fee for some of their services and those for REACH are described below. These fees entered into force on 25 June 2015 and the authorisation fees were revised on 15 July 2018.
Agency fees are typically just one of the costs that are necessary for maintaining regulatory compliance. Learn about all of the costs for a REACH registration here.
