What are the UK HSE fees for UK REACH submissions?

The UK Health and Safety Executive administrate the implementation of UK REACH. The agency charges a fee for some of their services and those for REACH are described below. These fees entered into force on 31st December 2020.

Agency fees are typically just one of the costs that are necessary for maintaining regulatory compliance. Learn about all of the costs for a REACH registration here.

Instructions

  • Go to the UK HSE fees calculator and select the tab for the UK HSE submission you intend to make, e.g. Registration
  • Select or update the fields specific to your submission
  • If required, use ECHA’s guidance to determine your company size (also applicable to UK REACH)
